Why Low Carbs Work and the recent launch of Air – The Dietitian

We have some more exciting updates to share today. We are making history and we want you to be a part of it. But first, a step back.

For over two decades, I have been passionate about helping people eat better. That’s why, together with our team, we’ve made The Dietitian the best and most trusted low-carb source.

Why low carb works

Personally, I’m still a huge fan of the low-carb approach. I ate low carb for two decades and still do. However, we understand that not everyone succeeds with low carbs, and even when they do, there is one constant – satiety.

We learn more about low carb and the reasons why it works when you work out.

For example, in all the great studies that found low carb to be effective, people also ate more protein (which increases satiety).

In general, when people lower their carb intake, they tend to start eating more real food and protein…so this usually works well!

Another key factor is that when most carbohydrates are removed, people also stop eating ultra-processed foods high in carbohydrates and concentrated fats. together.

These foods tend to be the most hyperbolic foods in the world, the foods we can’t avoid eating, such as ice cream, donuts, potato chips, and a long list of other offenders.

Excluding these foods—along with other ultra-processed carb foods—also greatly increases satiety!

Low-carb diets are easy to explain in two words: “avoid carbs.” Simplicity!

And when people start a strict low-carb diet, they lose 2-3 pounds of water weight in the first few days. The reason for this is the loss of muscle and liver glycogen reserves and the water that is bound to it. It’s also amazing for early motivation (“it works!”). No other diet has this great power.

However, just because low-carb diets work, that doesn’t mean they’re perfect.

Some common low-carb foods are not filling. Examples include bulletproof coffee, fat bombs, and generally adding large amounts of fat to various other foods.

How do you know how to maximize the effectiveness of a low-carb diet? This used to be difficult to understand, but we’re going to make it simple.

To the future

We are on the brink of something revolutionary based on the latest science of saturation.
This is innovation can supplement low carb for extra effectiveness or to maintain its benefits while allowing greater flexibility in carbohydrate intake.

As you can see, in June of this year. we announced our plans and our new sister brand – Hava. Since then, our team of food professionals, designers, product managers and engineers have been working hard.

We now have a revolutionary Air program that is testing with some people. There’s still some way to go before it’s fully ready, but we’re aiming to roll it out broadly by the end of this year. We plan to invite more testers before that

Using an innovative approach to saturation and using cutting-edge AI tools, we’re building something the world has never seen before. Something that could be a game changer.
I can’t wait to share it with you and we are almost there. If you want our saturation tools, subscribe to us for early access weather website.
