Sam Sulek shares his school biceps and triceps exercises before the UK Arnold


Sam Sulek is in England for the 2026 British Arnold and while he’s in the West Midlands, the social media star turned competitive bodybuilder has made the pilgrimage. What is Sam Sulek’s “Raw Hand Exercise”?

Sulek decided to split his arm exercises by alternating sets between triceps and biceps. He started with triceps rope tensionhit more than twenty times before the failed shot. Sulek then grabbed a pair of dumbbells to do rotation curls, where you start in a hammer curl position and open the arms for an epic muscle pull at the top. Once again, Sulek failed here, starting this exercise by alternating arms and then switching to double-armed reps to get every last burst of biceps. “Heavy, but not too heavy,” noted competitive bodybuilders, striking a balance between wildness and form.
