Comfortable: When I first opened these swimsuits, I noticed that the material was on the thicker side and there wasn’t much, so I was skeptical about how comfortable they would be. After putting them on, I rate them a solid 8 out of 10 on the comfort scale. The strap was easy to adjust (I have an uneven chest so that was a big plus) and dig in my shoulders. I also liked that the nipples were detachable. None of the suits fit me or gave me those boring clothes — and I wore each one for up to eight hours at a time.

Fabric: While it’s not the most flexible, the Sculpt Knix fabric gets the job done. In the see-through suit, my stomach felt flat and closed, too tight. I also appreciated the full coverage back on both designs. I give this line a bonus for the UPF 50+ sun protection, which made me feel protected on sailing days when sunscreen isn’t readily available at a moment’s notice.

Transitional technology. Select designs, including the Classic One-Piece, can be worn without or without a tampon, as they can absorb up to three tampons worth of liquid. Since I have a heavier period, I only relied on this for the last few days of my period when I experienced spotting. Granted, there were zero spots visible on the outside of my suit (win).

These suits are machine washable but not suitable for tumble drying. Make sure to lay them flat to dry.

The color selection is a bit limited. I loved the red and bright patterns and now I have my eye on their beauty limited edition orchid color. However, I wish they had chosen bright colors or fun patterns.
