After the humiliation of millions of Catholics last year after Posted an AI-generated image of himself as Pope last May on Social TruthTrump once again angered millions of Christians in the US and around the world yesterday when he posted a photo of himself as Jesus on his Truth Social platform, which has apparently been removed due to protests against him.

Christians, including some prominent allies of the Trump administration, expressed dismay at President Trump’s message Sunday night, which appeared to portray him as a Jesus-like figure.

Trump has repeatedly threatened to erode the Christian base that helped propel him back to the White House, as some religious leaders, including America’s first pontiff, have sharply criticized some of the president’s words and policies.

A Sunday Truth social media post in which Trump shared an image of himself in white and red with one hand resting on a sick man’s forehead while the other shines a light was quickly branded “blasphemous” online.

This isn’t the first time one of Trump’s artificially generated photos has rankled among Christians. Weeks after the death of Pope Francis, he shared a fake picture of himself as pope, a move that earned him condemnation even from the normally friendly Cardinal Timothy Dolan.

The Rev. Paul Erickson, bishop of the Greater Milwaukee Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, writes to Axios that the image shared by the president is “another example of the current administration embracing Christian nationalism.”

This message of the president caused a visible protest of the Christians of the MAGA world.

“Why? Seriously, I don’t understand why he posted this. Is he looking for answers? Is he really thinking about it?wrote Riley Gaines, a Fox News contributor who has become the face of anti-trans sports participation.

Meanwhile, while the Trump administration has failed to reach an agreement with Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, Trump has now gone from bragging about how the US military will take over the Strait of Hormuz and reopen the Strait of Hormuz, suddenly saying they will prevent any ships from passing through.

This, of course, leads to a massive increase in the price of gasoline and other petroleum products around the world.

If that sounds crazy to you, you’re not alone. Most of the rest of the world clearly sees from the White House a crazy president who is currently destroying the world economy.

Moreover, not only should Donald J. Trump should be removed from office; he should be arrested, tried, convicted and sent to prison for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Trump said that other countries will help block Iran. There are no takers yet.
