An effective moisturizer with a built-in light…
I spoke about it my love for Carepod One Plus. Although it is expensive, it is worth the price of $350. It’s made of stainless steel and requires no filters, so you can boil it on the stove or put it in the top rack of the dishwasher to clean. It also has a built-in light for added relaxation. If you’re prone to allergies, dry eyes, or an itchy throat every night, I highly recommend it.
An alarm you don’t want to ring across the room…
No, this is not your phone. The Hatch Restore 3 alarm clock is more like a soothing sunrise in your bedroom, paired with the exact sounds or songs you prefer to wake up to. While you can connect it to your phone, it doesn’t have to, which is great news for anyone looking to reduce their screen time in 2026. My favorite feature: creating a wake-up and sleep schedule with custom sounds and lights. It makes bedtime feel special and special. PS: It’s on sale now through March 22 for $25.
A tool that improves my whole day…
I’ve been testing Internet Brick for the past couple of months and I can confirm that it’s amazing. It’s a small device that blocks you from apps that might be wasting your time. You can create different modes and tabs for different apps, and if you need to access them, you have to physically “brick” your phone by keeping it on the device. It has been a game changer for me in the evenings and has curbed my staining habit with landslides. Now, I actually do the bedtime reading that I want.
A sleep and fitness tracker that makes parents feel gentle…
We love that this fitness tracker looks at overall wellness rather than zoning in steps or diet. It lets you know how well you’re sleeping, your stress levels, and can even determine when you’re at risk of getting sick. We don’t concern ourselves with statistics with this, we just use it to feel our best every day. Our editors also understand that the general language at Oura is casual, low-pressure, and doesn’t shame you if you don’t meet your goals.
Some smartphones dedicated to sleep…
These NextSense Smartbuds are one of the best releases we’ve seen this year. They are in-ear EEG-sensing headphones that track your brain waves while you sleep. From there, they play soundscapes based on what you need and lull you into a deeper sleep. These are ideal if you want to track your sleep and are sensitive to certain sounds.
And the unusual headphone option…
If you’re looking for something a little more paired down, We love these Ozlo Sleepbuds. They have a flatter shape, making them a more stable option for side sleepers. They come with a compatible app where you can select soundscapes, so they block out any annoying AC or street noise. They also have basic biometric sensitivity and all-day battery life. We love that they are also FSA/HSA eligible.
The best meditation app for every situation…
I’ve been a loyal user of Headspace for years and I still can’t stop raving about it. It is perfect for those looking for a guided meditation program that is simple and easy. My favorite feature of the app is its daily schedule, which organizes meditations throughout the day based on your needs. They offer meditation for almost anything, from leaving home and handling anger to building self-confidence and being kind to your body. There is even a section dedicated to sleep with bedtime stories for children. Your insurance may also cover it. From now until March 16th, you can save 40% off your annual subscription.
The most luxurious eye mask we’ve ever tried…
Do Therabody SmartGoggles require any tools? No. But if you have trouble sleeping and can’t live without an eye mask, this is a worthwhile investment. It has a 100% silent design and can provide compression massage along with heat and vibration therapy. If you are prone to migraines, headaches and stress, try this.
Aromatherapy Bedside Diffusers…
The biggest reason we love this aromatherapy diffuser from Canopy: it’s completely waterless. This means you don’t have to worry about mold or mess. It works by evaporative diffusion, so all you need to do is add oil to the inside and to the stone on top. The smell fills your space from there. We also love how compact it is.
High-tech air purifier…
Our Business Director swears by the Blueair Purifier. It removes almost 100% of airborne particles and can clean up to 175 square meters in 13 minutes. It has a 360 degree design and can even heat and cool your space. Because it’s so high-tech, it automatically adjusts its fan speed, gives instant air quality readings, and captures data in its respective app. In addition, you can control it through Alexa.
Compact sound car…
You may want a silencer that is simple and effective, and this adaptive sound machine is just that. It has everything from white noise to ring fan noise, and you can adjust the volume to suit your needs. Needless to say, this thing is tiny considering what it can do. It’s simple and unusual, just the way we like it.
Another alarm clock created by our editors for…
There seem to be endless “smart alarm clocks” on the market these days, and the Loftie is another one we’re impressed with for the price. It has built-in sound baths, guided meditations, a red light mode and bedtime alarms. Its outstanding feature is its two-stage alarm. With this feature, the alarm mimics the body’s natural waking process (this means you won’t be hitting the snooze button again). Unlike Hatch, you don’t need a subscription to get the full experience.
A typical bulb…
Also from Loftie, our editors are into the brand’s smart lights. It basically has the same features as an alarm clock in terms of lighting (sunrise alarm, bedtime alarm) without the alarm clock itself. Because it’s so advanced, we recommend keeping it in your bedroom so you can start and end your days with relaxing and energizing lighting effects.
A meditation tool for beginners…
Our new review editors were introduced to the breathing support that Moonbird was able to provide. The compact device fits ergonomically in your hand. It expands and moves in different shapes that guide your breathing. There’s even a companion app (not required to use) that shows your body’s response to the device through heart rate and heart rate variability. There is also sweet version for kids.
