Our new favorite mid-season pants…

I recently received some clothes from one of my favorite brands, Finisterre. I got the Canvas Yarrel Pants in Burnt Umber and Eldon long sleeve in Burnt Heather / Ecru / Dark Ocean option. I love both. I’ve been wearing the pieces together and separately – they’ve become my hyperfixed wardrobe for the past few weeks. The pants are just baggy enough; they are comfortable and don’t hug me to make me feel body-conscious. I love the color of the detail on the long sleeve shirt; the collar is a different color which adds enough intrigue and contrast. The brand is perfect for this in-between weather. In addition, it has many outdoor options, clothing for rainy weather and layering options. — Alexandra Napoli

The new IPL device we are looking forward to using…

Over the past six weeks, I’ve tried several hair removal options in preparation for summer, and my favorite so far has been RoseSkinCo. Lumi 2. I use it about twice a week on my underarms and have noticed a significant reduction in hair growth and thickness. As someone who usually has to shave their arms every day, this is huge. I recommend using the new SkinSense IQ feature, which automatically adjusts the intensity level to your skin tone. I also really appreciate the CoolComfort touch feature, especially on higher settings (6+). I didn’t experience any pain at any level – and yes, I tried level 10 – but the heat wasn’t the most comfortable of the intensity levels, and the cooling feature helped take the edge off the initial sting. FYI, use code Skimm15 for 15% off until May 10th. – Abby Drozd

A pair of comfortable shoes – everywhere…

Like everyone else I know, I’m on the hunt for the perfect spring shoe. Flip-flops are still on trend this year, but I personally like something with a little more substance. So when I saw a brand that makes my favorite a pair of loafers He brought out a new sandal, I jumped on it. These are flip-flop-esque with a thong style, but I like that they have a square toe and a comfortable heel. I wore ecru with white pants and I feel super cute. — Martha Upton

An air-dried ice cream that changed the game for us…

April was an incredible month of discovery for me because I think I just found my favorite air dry products. Odele’s Air Dry Styler moisturizes my hair, detangles it, and gives my natural waves the perfect amount of shine and definition. Upon first use, I was pleasantly surprised with the results (especially since this product smells luxe and is under $12). I apply a small amount to damp hair, from mid-lengths to ends, then I let the product do the rest. My waves are soft and moisturized without any breakage. I would buy the $5 travel version to try before you commit to the full size. – Margot Gertner

The highlighter that looks the most natural…

I splurged on the Sephora sale and walked away with a bunch of new timers – but I’m super excited about this highlighter. The liquid texture has more in common with lotion than traditional makeup, so it blends seamlessly into your skin. It gives a dewy, dewy glow to your face rather than bright shiny parts which I can wear for day time as well as special events. In fact, I’ve been blending it on my nose and cheeks on my makeup-free days to make my complexion look a little healthier. Also, I’m proud to report that I sold Margo on it and she loves it so much, she plans to wear it on her wedding day. – Carolyn Goldstein

Setting sprays to get us through spring…

It’s weird, in the middle of the season, where the weather is absolute most—cold and windy one day, humid the next—and my makeup definitely pays off. My advice: I don’t rely on just one setting spray. On cooler, windier days, I use Juvia instead because it keeps everything in place while adding some moisture. But when the weather is humid, I switch to it Single/size spray because it’s a heavier option that keeps my makeup from sliding around. Sarai Thompson

A sugar-free coffee flavor we can’t resist…

When it comes to making my own iced coffee at home, I’m usually pretty simple: two espressos, oat milk, and exactly one packet of Splenda. Sometimes, I want to replace it with flavored syrup, but I’m always annoyed by the added sugar. Then I tried Poca. Their single-serve packets of vanilla extract contain 0 grams of cane sugar and a daily boost of fiber. There is no aftertaste and they are completely sweet. I’m excited to try it Caramel flavor Next. — Alessandra Rey

A bag that suits our beauty…

I’m happy to announce that I’ve officially joined the imitation bag train and I’ve never been happier. This colorful shoulder bag is roomier than it looks, making it great to take from day to night. I love that it dresses up even the most casual outfit. I get compliments on it all the time. — Alessandra Rey
