These bright, herbaceous chicken dishes deserve a spot on your summer rotation



Virtually any meal can start with meatballs, if you try hard enough – but the beauty of Spicy Chicken Eden served with garlic yogurt and herb cucumber salad is that you should barely try at all.

In this objectively perfect weeknight dinner, the tender meat is tossed with crackers, Mediterranean spices, lemon, and milk-soaked panko and baked in the oven, so there’s no messy pan or greasy stove to clean.

Even better? They’re served on a bed of lemony yogurt sauce and served with a mint pickle salad for what one reviewer called their “dream plate.” I couldn’t agree more.
