I have already experienced much of what this video teaches when I lived alone in the mid 60’s. I found that I get daily Bible study by reading passages out loud, for example.

I’ve also found that with some of the people I work with, written communication can be quite inferior, and so for some people I communicate by voice, either by talking to them directly or using an app where we can share voice messages, as opposed to just text.

Recently, I’ve been trying to overcome years of “brainwashing” advertising that teaches talking out loud when it’s just a “crazy” thing to do. It is very helpful for me to speak out loud and speak directly to God, my heavenly Father, and then when I speak out loud and use the first person plural “we” it helps focus my mind (which is my heart) to understand what I mean by God.

When I “talk” silently in my mind alone, I often argue with myself that I am talking to my “body”, my physical body, through my spirit.

Loudly and deliberately turning my attention to God and talking to Him throughout the day helps me in my daily battle against my fleshly desires, as Paul described in his letter to the Romans:

Those who live according to the sinful nature think what nature wants; But those who live according to the Spirit think about what the Spirit wants.

A sinful man’s mind is death, but a Spirit-controlled mind is life and peace; A sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not and cannot obey God’s law.

Those who control the sinful nature cannot please God.

But you are not controlled by the sinful nature, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.

But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but your spirit is alive because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also quicken your mortal bodies through His Spirit who is in you. (Romans 8:5-11)

Another point to recognize in these linguistic truths explained in this video is that human language, especially when speaking out loud, which involves the tongue, mouth, throat, lungs, ears, etc., is far superior to “Artificial (Fake) Intelligence” (AI) that can only read computer code.

AI can use more input paths than just written text, such as images through cameras or sound through microphones, but ultimately those input paths must be converted into text and computer code to run algorithms, which is very inefficient compared to human language.

There is a reason that computer language is called “artificial” because it is a poor imitation of human language that the writers of computer code try to imitate.
