Cat-Cow
- Assume a table position on your hands and knees.
- Inhale for cow pose, drop your stomach to the floor, arch your back and look up.
- To do cat pose, inhale, round your back, tuck your chin into your chest, and tuck your tailbone.
Dead steam
- Lie on your back, arms extended to the ceiling, knees raised in a table top position.
- Press your back into the floor and engage your core.
- Lower one arm and the opposite leg.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side and continue alternating.
Glute Bridges
- Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and legs apart on the floor.
- Press through your heels so that your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
- Close your mouth, hold at the top for a moment.
- Return your legs to the starting position.

Bird-Dog
- Start from all four sides.
- Extend your left arm and right leg.
- Hold for a moment before returning to the starting position.
- Switch sides and continue switching.
