Venom 2 Returns. I first discovered this belt while at my local studio. I tried it there and immediately knew that I wanted it. When it comes to portability, both devices have exceeded my expectations. For Venom 2 Back, the massage and heat combo relaxes my muscles instantly. For a deeper massage, I sit and wear the device to press against it, causing the vibration to intensify. There are three heat levels, ranging from 113 degrees Fahrenheit to 131 degrees Fahrenheit. There are also three forms of vibration, but I prefer the first one because it is a constant stimulation. Sometimes I suffer from back pain due to tight fit and this belt really helps to reduce my discomfort. After wearing it I feel freer, warmer and calmer.

Venom Go. I love this device. You stick it to the adhesive pads provided and then you can place it anywhere on your body. My upper arms can be tight because I work on the computer and keep most of my tension there, so I use this device mostly on my shoulders. It is also useful to place it on the calf or thigh muscles. The device mimics the Venom 2 Back as it has three vibration patterns and three heat levels. It runs for a predetermined amount of time, 15 to 20 minutes, and then shuts off. Once that’s done, you take the device apart and put the cover back on the adhesive backing. It’s a much more targeted version than the Venom 2 Back, but it’s very portable and the battery lasts longer. If you’re not sure, I liked this device so much I bought it for my mom’s birthday.

The Venom 2 Back can last up to three hours, but I found that for daily use between myself and my lover, I would need to charge it every night. I found it filled up very quickly.

The Venom Go doesn’t come with a carrying case, however one can be purchased separately.

I find that the Venom Go sticks better for smooth surfaces, so my shoulder blade is more vertical than it is on my upper trap. If you are trying to target this area, position it horizontally.

If you are an athlete, or indeed someone who is physically active and exercising, this is a great addition to your recovery routine. I would equate the need for it to having an effective therapy gun.
