German coach and strongwoman Sina Ruppental has broken the world record after the incredible feat she achieved last summer, which she shared in the Guinness Book of World Records, breaking ten people in a challenge that seemed like child’s play for this powerful athlete.
A surreal display of strength It actually happened on August 29, 2025as part of a TV special called “Die große Show der Weltrekorde” and filmed in Munich. This also marked her second world record after breaking three hurdles in February 2025.
During the TV show, Ruppenthal, the top natural powerlifter from Dortmund, who also highly qualified functional fitness trainer and lecturerwas required to channel his inner WWE while on the rise and then throw down ten men in the shortest amount of time. In the end, she managed to crush all 10 men in a time of 37.44 seconds, cementing her authority on the still unbroken world record.
The secret of strength behind this terrifying world record
After the epic event, Ruppenthal explained that she wanted to show that women can achieve amazing things and that “it’s nice to be a strong woman.” Earlier, she took to her inspirational Instagram to say, “You choose your hardship. You choose what’s worth it. You don’t choose whether or not you want to suffer, but you choose what you want to suffer for.”
Ruppenthal’s clip continues to impress as he rips through men one after the other and disposes of them with ease. “I don’t want to fight her,” wrote one follower, perhaps intimidated by the powerful woman. “This girl is amazing. She was throwing those guys around like ragdolls,” added another.
However, some of his other fans were more excited about the idea of helping Ruppenthal complete his feat of strength. “How does one volunteer for this?” asked a curious fan.
