Fast food car the system varies significantly from chain to chain, and people have strong opinions on the subject, to the point that research has been devoted to it. In October 2025 25th Annual Drive-Thru Training, conducted by Intouch Insight and QSR magazine, 13 fast-food brands in three categories: classic, chicken and drinks, based on research based on 165 confidential visits per brand, which were reviewed by experienced evaluators who identify themselves as regular customers, in total more than 2,000 visits across the US. While Chick-Fil-A was the slowest drive-thru in the study, it was ranked No. 2 in satisfaction and ranked second. Redditors rarely complain. “They have the best service in fast food,” said a Redditor he says. “They are always the fastest in my experience, especially at peak times,” another adds. “They can absolutely do more orders per hour than anyone else,” a third it sounds. “I never check a goody bag. Honestly, it never was. Easily mistaken for the best dining experience of almost anything except perhaps the selection. The inside is clean. The lines move fast.” adds.

According to the study, the fastest speed was Taco Bell, where customers spend about four minutes in line. It also recorded high accuracy at 87%. Restaurants agree that their orders are rarely violated. “The Taco Bell near me has never messed up an order in 10 years, I’m blessed,” said the Redditor joint.
