- Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees soft. Make sure that your spine is long and your arms are in a “jin” position.
- Slowly raise one knee up towards your chest and hold for 1 second.
- Lower it.
- Then, slowly lift the other knee towards your chest.
- Continue to alternate in the “marching” manner.

- Place one foot directly in front of the other and place your front heel over your back toes, as if you were walking a tightrope.

- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
- Hold on to a plank or sturdy chair for balance.
- Activate your core.
- Return to your heels, lift your toes off the ground.
- Pause for a moment.
- Then, roll forward onto the balls of your feet and lift your heels off the ground.
- Continue to alternate.
