In addition to his circus performances, Batre’s Instagram account reveals that the muscular Mexican has used various training methods to develop his hair pulling ability. including transportation of heavy vehicles. He explained to the Guinness World Records website after his hair-raising history that such training was necessary to develop his ability to withstand pressure on his head, neck and back.

To prepare for her world record attempt, Butres braided her natural hair into two tight sections, then tied them together with a hair tie before she added a carabiner to hold the weight through the chain. The total weight of 166.11 pounds (75.35 kg) was achieved when the powerful performer was able to lift six plates from a flat position and then straighten his body for success.

The largest weight lifted by a man’s hair alone is about 180 pounds (81.5 kg) and Abdurrahman Abdulazizov from Russia got it in 2013. It is noteworthy that at the age of 83, Abdulazizov successfully set the standard for men.
