How Tiffany Stratton prepares for bodybuilding during her tour with WWE


Tiffany Stratton recently announced her return to competitive bodybuilding, but that doesn’t mean the WWE Superstar is focusing on the Women’s World Championship. To achieve both ambitions, Stratton has mastered his methods of discovering the perfect gym and eating healthy while on the road, but after all that preparation, he’s also looking forward to a cheat meal when he heads to WWE’s Clash event in Italy in May.

There’s no doubt that the options for touring athletes have gotten healthier in recent years. Other grocery stores and night service stations aren’t the only places to stop when the opportunity strikes. “WWE does food on telecasts and they have a chicken and rice section where the chicken is salt and pepper and then plain rice and they always have vegetables and salads and things like that,” Stratton said. But when she’s not in the ring, the busy wrestler has learned to use technology to keep her fight fit. “I use Instacart and I order rice cakes, yogurt, protein powder, scrambled eggs, things like that,” she said. It’s a smart way to deliver his carefully tracked macros straight to the hotel room door and take the guesswork out of alternatives like dining out.

“I go on TikTok and I look up gyms in whatever city I’m in,” Stratton says of another travel fitness tip. “There are a lot of fitness influencers out there who review gyms. Or I just go on maps on my phone and look for nearby gyms and I look at pictures. I like an old gym, like traditional bodybuilding and a gym.”

Careful monitoring of his training and nutrition is important as Stratton returns to his bodybuilding days. The former gymnast won her first and only competition Twin Cities NPC Openunder her real name Jessica Wojnilko in 2021, but signed with WWE that same year. Now a respected wrestler and former WWE Champion, the blonde bodybuilder has announced that he will be returning to the competitive bodybuilding stage sometime during WrestleMania in April. But after the challenges of preparing for it all, Stratton is excited to travel to Turin for a special WWE Clash in Italy event. “I feel like I want to have a pizza in Italy,” said the beauty. “I think that’s something I want to check off the bucket list.”

As for the perfect pizza, it can only be matched by the perfect competitor in Turin. “If Jade Cargill Still the champion after WrestleMania, I wanted to face him because he injured me a few months ago and took the title away from me,” Stratton said. M&F. “And if it’s Rhea Ripley, I’d love to face Rhea Ripley. I think it’s going to be an outstanding match. She’s one of the best right now. I feel like it’s going to be a dream match for me in Italy.”
