How to do invisible drawing (step by step guide)

Try this experiment for yourself:

  1. Start in a dead-hanging position, then use one leg to lift and bend the knee to make an invisible step.
  2. At the end of the step, straighten the leg and use your hands to pull the body up, giving the illusion of an invisible step.
  3. With both legs now straight, take another invisible step with the alternate leg and raise the upper body again as you complete the action.
  4. Continue until your chin is well above the pull-up bar, hold, and then lower. As you descend, do a squatting action with your legs.

The challenge is harder than it looks and serves as a bona fide full-body workout that uses the arms, legs, and core as you move up and down this epic task. “Just really good,” coach Beth Lewis said. “You are an inspiration,” wrote one fan. “This man is not a day over 30,” wrote another.
