Margie McDaniel to lead the Behavioral Health Innovation Division

Dedham, Massachusetts – Riverside Community Care is pleased to announce that Vice President Margie McDaniel will now lead the day-to-day operations and management of Riverside’s Behavioral Health Innovations (BHI) division, which includes MindWise Innovations and Riverside Trauma Center services.

With an extensive background in marketing and business, Marji has been instrumental in streamlining operations and improving team performance over the past 20 years. His leadership also led to significant growth of BHI’s behavioral health and suicide education programs, which are critical to helping the public prevent and recover from suicide, traumatic events, and crises.

As a passionate leader, Marji’s collaborative style and operational experience serve as an important foundation for her team and the communities they serve. Over the past few years, MindWise has grown to support 5,000 clients nationwide and has expanded SOS Signs of Suicide to include training not only for students in middle school, high school, and college, but also for faculty and staff. And in the state of Massachusetts, the Riverside Trauma Center provides more than 1,500 hours of trauma response services, while working with agencies such as the MA Department of Mental Health, the MA Department of Children and Families, and the MA Commission on Grandparents Raising Grandchildren.

“Marji’s dedication and innovative approach have had a profound impact on our organization and the communities we serve,” said Vic DiGravio, President and CEO of Riverside. “We are excited to have her assume oversight of these important services and look forward to Marji’s continued success and continued leadership development.”
