The official trailer for He-Man (2026) has been a long wait. Nicholas Galitzin, who took over the role, shared a small teaser of his transformation in June 2025, exclusively reveals the development of his shoulderbut in that image, he was mostly a blur behind superheroes Sword of power. Now fans can get a glimpse of the British actor and model’s complete transformation as they gear up for the upcoming release of the film.
For those of you who are retro enough to remember, in the 8’0’s there were lesser crazies than He-Man. The 1987 film, starring Dolph Lundgren, was a critical flop at the time, but has since achieved cult status. But unfortunately, aside from the comic books, Eternia has been pretty quiet in recent years.
So the news that Prince Adam is reuniting the group for another showdown with Skeletor and the group has the kind of warm glow that only nostalgia can bring. Fortunately, Nicholas Galitzin, who takes up the mantle, feels the same way as the muscle-bound superhero.
“As a kid, I played a lot with action figures and spent hours every day imagining storylines in my head. I guess those moments sparked my creativity.” wrote the star in a recent Instagram post. “Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d be looking at my face in one of those statues.”

Nicholas Galitzin is powered by the power of Grayskull Now immortalized by Mattel and when it comes to beating up bad guys on the big screen, Galitzin has clearly earned his muscle gains, as the new trailer shows, showing off biceps and pecs that look like they were built with the power of Grayskull. A new movie called masters of the world features an all-star cast including Idris Elba as the gunman, Alison Breed as Evil-Lynn, Jared Leto as Skeletor and Hafthor Julius Björnsson as the goat man.
The plot (go away, critics!) sees Prince Adam return to Eternia after 20 years on Earth to fight the forces of evil, and loyal fans of the franchise will love the promo, especially how the traditional lion is replaced by He-Man “War Cat” in the MGM logo. “He-Man, this is OG nostalgia level,” wrote one excited YouTuber while watching the trailer. “To everyone involved in making this – THANK YOU,” wrote another.
When will the masters of the world be released?
Amazon Studio MGM has announced that the film will hit theaters on June 5, 2026.
