Mood. I have never worn a patch for anything so I had no idea how fast they would act or how effective they would be. I was shocked. I stuck the patch on the side of my wrist after waking up, and within an hour (and half a shot of espresso later) I felt centered but relaxed. I noticed that the hardest parts of my trip (long lines, traffic, last-minute packing) didn’t cause my usual shortness of breath or impending tension headache. I was traveling for a bachelor party and was in charge of decorating the house we were staying in. This patch kept me cool as a cucumber until I tucked myself into bed that night.
-
Ease of use. My favorite thing about these patches is how easy (and cute) they are to put on. Each package contains multiple sheets of small stickers that go on like a sticker and are virtually invisible. Every time I put it on, I forgot it was on me for 10 minutes. I love that they give you multiple patches for the price, so I felt stocked up all weekend (and even offered a few to other grooms).
-
Purity. These patches are so thin and sticky that they kept the corners of my skin from lifting. Since I used to forget to wear them, I usually peel them off before bed. I noticed that while there was no sticky residue, I could see the outline of sticky edges on my wrist, probably from soap or dust picked up throughout the day. This little dark frame was a bit more difficult to clean, which was more annoying than anything else.

sleep Like Alessandra, I was skeptical about how effective a little patch would be and I was pleasantly surprised. It made me feel a little drowsy within 20-30 minutes and I fell asleep within an hour. It didn’t necessarily keep me up all night, but on the plus side, I didn’t wake up like I do with some sleep supplements.
-
Ease of use. I think the main value here is the ease of use (you literally stick it on your wrist and forget about it) and the portability aspect. Overall, it’s definitely not as effective as other supplements (and I’ve tried many), but to be fair, I’m a heavy lifter and I haven’t seen any other sleep products like this.

Suitable for travel. I will be sure to bring a sheet with me when I travel this spring and summer. They are easy to throw in a purse, wallet or back pocket. I also appreciate that they have other patches that can be useful for travel days, especially, like increase energy and stress relief options.
