Simply increasing your water intake can help support healthy daily activities and keep you refreshed. Note that we said filtered water. There are a variety of filters you can get, from the canister style to the whole-house version, so you don’t run chlorine and fluoride through your hair. Also remember that it is better to drink from a glass bottle than from those plastic bottles.

Add lemon water to your health plan:

One of the simplest morning rituals is to start the day with a glass of warm lemon water. This refreshing habit is the first thing in the morning that encourages water and provides a memorable moment before the demands of the day begin.

Eat more leafy greens:

Deeper breathing helps you relax better:

Perhaps take a few minutes each day to focus on slow, controlled breathing when you feel overwhelmed to encourage relaxation and help you manage everyday stress more effectively. Take time to meditate:

Is it because you wake up every morning with the same loving face next to you? Is it the dirty hand your two-year-old planted on your shirt that’s kissing you this morning? Take one step at a time

We all learned to crawl before we could walk. Thinking that you have to do all of these things at once to be healthy is a misconception. Change takes time and so do lasting results.
