These five fast food cheeseburgers pack the most calories, fat, and sodium.
I mean, let’s be honest, nobody thinks we’re going to eat clean today. It’s something to quickly grab on the go or in transit if you’ve had a busy day (or frankly, if you just feel like it and don’t want to fire up the grill yourself). That said, there are some options among fast food contenders that are worse than others. Here are the five most unhealthy hamburgers.
Five children

Five children may be good for the soul, but it’s not so good for the body. Those who dare to understand it can see the adjustable Food facts herebut their cheeseburger has about 980 calories, 55 grams of fat, about 26 grams of saturated fat and 1,050 mg of sodium. A little steep, but hey, the flavor is there.
Whataburger

Whataburger says their Whataburger Double Meat with Cheese, a popular menu item, has about 835 calories, about 44 grams of fat (about 14 grams of saturated fat) and about 1,470 mg of sodium. Of course, you can get a salad, or you can treat it one at a time, because the right burger costs you a few health points.
Smashburger

If you are for a Smashburger Double Classic Cheeseburger, it will cost you about 970 calories, 62 g of fat, 27 g of saturated fat and 2,360 mg of sodium. The burger is made with two certified Angus Beef patties, American cheese and toppings, and while the sodium is a little surprisingly high, that Smash sauce is almost worth it.
Carl Jr.

In Carl Jr.The Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger consists of two charred beef patties and is topped with American cheese, crispy onion rings, cherry bacon and barbecue sauce. This delicious burger will cost you about 1,020 calories, 55g of fat, 24g of saturated fat and 1,820mg of sodium, but in their defense, they never claimed to be healthy. Just delicious!
Sonic

In Sonic The SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger is made of two beef burger patties and topped with pickles, onions, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato and American cheese. It has about 1,040 calories, 68 grams of fat, 20 grams of saturated fat, and 1,970 mg of sodium. Again, yes…but, delicious!
